On 12 May 2018 Cascina Maria opens the second chapter of I.D.E.A. (Independent Domus Exhibiting Art), the country residence a few kilometers from Lake Maggiore by Nicoletta Rusconi. After the inaugural edition that saw Riccardo Beretta confront himself with the natural context and create a work for the sculpture park, the Italian artist Francesco Arena (Brindisi, 1978), was invited to the residence for the second edition. Francesco Arena’s exhibition takes place in the Project Room and is realized in collaboration with the Raffaella Cortese gallery. A new sculpture by the artist created for the residence and produced by Nicoletta Rusconi will be featured in the park. Visitors will be able to access Cascina Maria until the 14th of July.
